Cancellation and Refund Policy

All requests for cancellation and refund of payment shall be in writing and shall be subject to such terms and conditions as the Company shall impose from time to time. Any approval or rejection of any cancellation and refund of payment requests, shall be at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion, which shall be final and binding on the Customer. The Company reserves the rights to cancel any reservations and bookings.
